We prioritise listening and being responsive to the views of the individuals, organisations and groups we work with. As a member of Accountable Now, we are fully committed to being accountable and welcome your suggestions, questions or concerns about our work as an opportunity to continuously learn and improve.

Feedback Procedures

We take all feedback seriously (including complaints and suggestions) and commit to addressing it as thoroughly as we can. We encourage you to provide feedback that is accompanied by supporting evidence, which helps us to be effective and timely in our response. *We define a complaint as an external grievance against CIVICUS, specifically regarding where our programmes or actions have failed to meet a commitment related to our mission and/or values, our activities, our use of resources or professional and respectful engagement.

We take confidentiality related to your feedback seriously and will only use your contact details to follow up on this. You have the option to remain anonymous if you prefer, although this means we will not be able to follow up with you directly. Please read our Privacy Policy for more details.

Publishing external content

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any requests to publish content from external sources on our website or social media. We instead publish our own content or our members’. Please sign up to our newsletter for regular updates on what we do and how else you can get involved in our work.
