The Chase's very own 'Skinny Beast' Mark Labbett has been lauded by fans after he posted a picture of his dinner, showcasing his commitment to a healthier lifestyle. The quiz maestro from Tiverton took to Instagram to share a glimpse of his "healthy" meal while dining out.

Known for his towering presence and formidable trivia prowess, the 58-year-old has become a familiar face in living rooms across the nation since joining ITV's The Chase in 2009, and later the American version in 2014. However, it's not just his quizzing that's been turning heads as Mark has also impressed with his significant weight loss journey.

Previously expressing frustration over being "fat-shamed" on the show, Mark's life took a turn when he was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in 2016. This diagnosis spurred him to make substantial changes to his diet and exercise habits, leading to an impressive loss of over 10 stone, reports the Liverpool Echo.
