The tour included facility tours, town hall meetings, and celebrations as we celebrate 20 years of growth and giving back in 2024! This year, the Monogram Foods team, led by the women’s employee resource group Monogram WAVE, is proud to honor the achievements of women in our workplace and beyond. Monogram Foods is honoring the great contributions of Black Americans throughout the month of February. Each month we host a virtual "Table Talk" for our team members, and this month's focus was on Black History Month. Monogram team member panelists discussed African Americans and the Arts along with importance of inclusion in the workplace. We also announced the company’s newest employee resource group focused on Black team members. At Monogram Foods we believe taking time to learn about and celebrate the cultures and identities of our team members helps to create a workplace where everyone feels valued and respected. Many thanks to Director of Culture and Inclusion Nika Martin for leading our efforts, and to the many team members who embrace and support diversity, equity, and inclusion. Happy Black History Month!
