With national elections in November, and numerous state privacy laws enacted over the past four years, the ad-tech industry faces a unique landscape in 2024. At the #NAISummit, the panel "Privacy in an Election Year: Assessing the Impact of New Public Policies and Business Practices on 2024 Political Advertising," will examine what the industry should be focused on with that in mind. The panel will also address how political advertising will be different this election year.
