A View from my Window...

You informed me after 5 minutes late, you better come to office in second half, Said by Boss.

Message sent to Boss: Sir I have already taken full day off, If I come now It will not my day.

Reply: I don't care, you come office.

Me: Okay Boss!

This conversation is not new to me or to so many like me out there. This is what happening in our corporate world. Our jobs have been turned to slavery and the most amazing thing is that, we know it but we feel hopeless helpless. Once I read something that "Follow your dreams or someone will hire you to follow his dreams", this thought continuously scratching my mind. Every time when my manager do something like this with me or with any of my colleague, I feel like I am in dungeons of Old Roman Empire and my master will soon offer me to go and fight with man eaters and be there till you get yourself killed.

I am not a corporate genius, still I can say that we are slaves in this new upgraded era of technology and media. Every motivational program preaching to become an entrepreneur, but we are consistently neglecting it. We know that our future and our jobs are not secure. We are becoming scrap as we are getting old day by day, because in near future some one with a fancy degree come to your office and will take over your place. Company will not ignore that young enthusiastic presence because of his acceptance regarding salary package. At that time you will regret of every single word you heard which hurt you so badly that It was almost crushed your self respect.

I Believe everyone got this courage to fight but selecting not to embrace the truth and take your chances is solemnly your choice. This little conversation If possibly can open mine or your eyes then we must think of other options which are so many than ever before the coming of multi powered revolution of technology. If competition is high so do the population of this world. No matter what product you choose you will find buyers through your skills.

I am not a regular writer, but I tried to record my effort to bring change in the lives of people like me who became addicted of salary. Trust me salary addiction is a curse. In future I will try to write more articles about WHY - WHEN and HOW.

Do message me, If you think I should write more...
