Sales Awards 2023

This February, our RevOrg hosted its annual Sales Awards to honor the hard work and achievements of nominees across the following categories: Rookie of the Year, CSM of the Year, Million Dollar Sellers, Billion Impressions Sales, and overall Seller of the Year from 2023.

Our New York City office in One World Trade hosted local LiveIntenters with pizza, wings, mozzarella sticks, happy hour drinks and good vibes, while team members also joined virtually from all over the US.

This event serves both as a celebration of the top performers from the previous year and motivation to hit goals (and beyond) for the upcoming year. Our SVP, Demand and Client Services Andrew MacMannis says, “Recognizing top performers isn’t just about acknowledging their individual accomplishments; it’s about reinforcing a culture of success that drives the entire organization forward.” 

One of the many highlights during the event was seeing all four nominees for CSM of the Year represented by women, we love to see it #WomenwithIntent! 

We appreciate the hard work the RevOrg does day in and day out to bring crucial business to the company, and the effort that goes into building and maintaining client relationships (LiveIntent core value: #putpeoplefirst). This is why it’s crucial for our RevOrg to feel connected, celebrated, inspired and motivated to achieve their individual goals, as it greatly impacts company goals (LiveIntent core value: #onecompanyonegoal). We are proud of the grit and camaraderie across each of the teams, which made celebrating them so incredibly easy!

Peer recognition is an active component of our company culture. It takes much more than a buffalo chicken pizza to make people feel appreciated (although it doesn’t necessarily hurt to have said pizza). Many thanks to the Senior Leaders for taking the time to write compelling nomination summaries and to the Leadership Panel for carefully reviewing each of the nominees. Last but not least, a special shoutout to our two MC’s Katherine Drebin (SVP Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations) and Jon Beck (Chief Revenue Officer) for hosting this fun event and highlighting each winner.   

We hope all the nominees are beaming with pride as they reflect back on the achievements of 2023, and we are excited to see what the RevOrg achieves as we continue to spring forward in 2024.
