The season finale in League One and League Two is upon us and, as ever, for a raft of teams in England’s third and fourth tiers a season’s work boils down to one last 90-minute effort and the hope that results elsewhere go your way. Here, we pick through who has what to play for on what promises to be a thrilling final day.

The top three automatic promotion spots may already be sewn up — Stockport County going up as champions, Mansfield Town and Wrexham behind them — but six teams are still vying for three play-off spots, alongside fourth-placed MK Dons, with a dizzying array of permutations at play.
