PLANS have been submitted to construct a three-bed dwelling at a property in Weston.

Validated on January 8, the plans for 17 Byron Road would see an existing detached shed, garage, and side extension demolished.

The application's description reads: "Proposed demolition of existing detached garage, shed and side extension/outbuilding. Erection of a 3-bed dwelling including alterations to hardstanding, erection of fencing and placement of 2no. sheds and bin stores. Placement of PV panels and 1no.
