We appreciate your interest in participating in the DAAC Program. Fees go towards icon licensing, accountability monitoring, research, and administration.

Please note that the AdChoices program is not an advertising company. It is a self-regualtory program to help companies provide greater transparency and control for interest-based advertising.

Opt-Out Tool Fees

Entities collecting data for interest-based advertising purposes are encouraged to be listed on our consumer opt-out tools.

Separate fees are required and paid to the DAA US. Participation in the tools allows your company to be visible in both the US and Canada. For more inforamation on how to join the opt-out tools, please visit: https://digitaladvertisingalliance.org/integrate-daa-youradchoices.
 

Registration & Follow-up Process

After registering through this website, a representative from the DAAC will follow-up with the business contact indicated in the form above to begin the standard licensing agreement process. Delivery and use of the icon will be contingent on the execution of the agreement and payment of the licensing fee. All fees need to be renewed annually, based on a rolling calendar.
