⚠ 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲!   The European Commission is collecting input and feedback for the upcoming guidelines on protecting minors online.   These new guidelines aim to implement high levels of privacy, safety and security for minors, as defined by the Digital Services Act. Platforms are encouraged to adopt a risk-based approach and consider the best interest of minors when designing and deploying their products, services and policies online, to mitigate inherent risks.   With the exception of micro and small enterprises, the guidelines on the protection of minors will apply to all online platforms accessible to children under 18.
