Ann Marie Dailey


Ann Marie Dailey is a policy researcher at the RAND Corporation, a nonresident senior fellow at the Transatlantic Security Initiative of the Atlantic Council’s Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security, and an engineer officer in the U.S. Army Reserves. Prior to joining RAND, she served as the Senior Advisor on Russia Strategy and as the Ukraine desk officer in the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
