Is it coming home? England are 3/1 favourites with Sky Bet to win their maiden Euros title in Germany - while defending champions Italy are 16/1 to go back-to-back

With the Premier League season now over and many of the other major European football leagues finishing this weekend - fans are already beginning to look ahead to Euro 2024.

Starting on June 14, the Euros will take place in Germany and will be held over a month - with the Olympiastadion Berlin playing host to the final on July 14.

With the start of the tournament only a little over three weeks away - let's take a look at who are the favourites with Sky Bet to win it all.

Despite having never won a European Championship, the star-studded and deep England side are the 3/1 favourites to hoist their maiden trophy.

England are 3/1 favourites to win Euro 2024, while France are the second-favourite at 4/1 odds

With the likes of Jude Bellingham, Declan Rice, Phil Foden, Harry Kane and Bukayo Saka expected to be in their squad named later today - this may be the Three Lions' strongest team on paper in decades.

However, there is always enormous pressure on an England side heading into a major tournament - particularly when there is plenty of expectation surrounding them. 

If they can manage to navigate through those pressures and rise to the occasion - they most certainly have a talented enough squad to get the job done.

With that being said, there are a number of other accomplished nations who bring with them a great deal of class and experience.

France is one of those countries. With a 2016 Euros final appearance and back-to-back World Cup final appearances in 2018 and 2022 - Les Bleus know what it takes to perform on the big stage.

And for those predicting Kylian Mbappe and Co to add a third Euros title to France's trophy cabinet - Didier Deschamps' side are the second-favourite at 4/1.

Hosts Germany are third in the market currently at 11/2, while Portugal and Spain are joint fourth-favourites at 8/1.

Defending champions Italy round out the five favourites in the betting lines, with The Azzurri relatively wide at 16/1.
