'I consider it an honor and a privilege to be working with Jonathan who is such a great talent now that this matter has been adjudicated.'

The Yale Drama School graduate after his arrest was dropped as a client by both his management company Entertainment 360 and the public relations firm The Lede Company.

Marvel Studios also dropped him after Majors portrayed Kang the Conqueror in both film and television.

Jabbari was present during the sentencing hearing and got visibly emotional as she tore into her ex-boyfriend.

'He is not sorry, he has not accepted responsibility and he will do this again,' she said. 'He will hurt other women. This is a man who believes he is above the law.'

Jabbari was granted a full restraining order on April 27, 2023, barring Majors from contacting her.

Majors after the incident went to police with his own allegations against the choreographer, claiming she had been the aggressor, but no charges were filed against her.

Earlier this year in March, his ex Jabbari also sued Jonathan for both injuring and defaming her. Soon after, Majors shared his response to TMZ while at the gym amidst training for 'work' related to an acting role.

He expressed that he was 'not surprised' by the new lawsuit and added, 'I knew it was coming from the beginning, really.'

When questioned to give more insight, the Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania star explained that he, 'cant say much else about it - that's the law.'

During an interview with ABC in January, Majors revealed that he was 'shocked' by his guilty verdict. 'I have never hit a woman. I have never struck a woman.'

He added that both he and his attorneys believe it is unjust that he was prosecuted 'as a black man' while his ex, who is white, was not - despite her chasing him down a street and also being arrested.

'I was absolutely shocked and afraid. I am standing there... I say "how is that possible? Based off the evidence, based off the prosecution's evidence, how is that possible?'"

In regards to how Jabbari got the injuries that had been presented to the jury during the trial, the actor said, 'I wish to God I knew.'

During an interview with ABC in January, Majors revealed that he was 'shocked' by his guilty verdict. 'I have never hit a woman. I have never struck a woman'; seen in February 2023 in Pasadena

'That would give me some clarity, some type of peace about it,' Jonathan continued, adding that there's 'no question' that he didn't cause the injuries.

Last year on December 18, the jury found the actor guilty of a misdemeanor assault upon hearing of an altercation that took place between the star and Jabbari in March 2023 in the back of an SUV.

She had claimed he hit her and also injured her finger - and her lawyers provided photos of her injuries. Surveillance footage also captured Majors shoving Jabbari into the vehicle and later, she was seen chasing him down a street.

'If you watch those videos and you reverse that, and you saw a Black man chasing a young white girl down the street, screaming and crying, that man is gonna be shot and killed in the streets of New York City. That Black man will feel that.'
