Halsey bares her taut tummy in a gold gown in first red carpet appearance since confirming lupus diagnosis

Halsey has made her first red carpet appearance since revealing her lupus diagnosis.

On Monday night, the 29-year-old singer-songwriter — who said she's 'feeling better' after two years with the condition — attended the premiere of her forthcoming movie MaXXXine

The songstress, born Ashley Frangipane, teased her toned tummy and hips in a gold Bronx and Banco sequin gown with a strappy center cutout.

The low-cut number also flashed her cleavage and a hint of underboob.

The pop star called back to retro glamour as she teamed the trophy-like look with voluminous, dark, curly hair that flowed down her back.

Halsey also flaunted her many tattoos in her revealing ensemble, which hugged her petite figure and fell over her feet.

She glammed up the getup with golden yellow eyeshadow, heavy black eyeliner, and a glossy, mauve-toned lipstick.

The fashionista added chandelier earrings and brought high energy to the carpet's step-and-repeat.

In early June the star confirmed that she had been diagnosed with both lupus and a 'rare T-cell lymphoproliferative disorder.'

The Him And I singer — who uses she/they pronouns — had previously taken to Instagram to tell fans of her struggle with serious medical issues, but did not specify which conditions they were.

However, she tagged the Lupus Research Alliance and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

In addition to announcing her diagnosis, Halsey thanked fans for their outpouring of support.

She included an optimistic update, noting that her conditions are 'managed or in remission.'

Referencing her new single, Halsey said: 'Thank you guys for the unbelievable amount of love for The End and the support you’ve shown me since its release.

'I realize everyone is catching up with news I’ve held in for a very long time, and I wasn’t sure how much I wanted to share.'

She added, 'You've all been so kind so I want to share a bit more. In 2022, I was first diagnosed with Lupus SLE [systemic lupus erythematosus, the more technical name for lupus] and then a rare T-cell lymphoproliferative disorder.'

Despite the 'managed or in remission' status, the New Jersey-born entertainer noted that she will likely be dealing with the conditions 'for the duration of my life.'

'After a rocky start, I slowly got everything under control with the help of amazing doctors,' she assured her 31.4 million followers. 'After two years, I’m feeling better and I’m more grateful than ever to have music to turn to.'

'I can’t wait to get back where I belong: With you all. Singing and screaming my heart out,' Halsey said, looking to the future.

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic autoimmune disease in which the immune system of the body mistakenly attacks healthy tissue.

In another recent post, Halsey said she is 'lucky to be alive.'

'Long story short, I'm lucky to be alive. Short story long, I wrote an album,' she announced.

'I feel like an old lady,' she said in a video as she rubbed her legs in discomfort. 'I told myself I'm giving myself two more years to be sick.'

Then she declared, 'At 30, I'm having a rebirth and I'm not gonna be sick and I'm gonna look super hot and have lots of energy and I'm just gonna get to re-do my 20s in my 30s.'
