Jesy Nelson's ex-boyfriend Zion Foster breaks his silence on their split after she wiped all traces of him from social media

Jesy Nelson's ex-boyfriend has broken his silence on their break-up.

The couple sparked speculation they had split earlier this week after they wiped traces of each other on social media.

Jesy, 33, and Zion, 25, previously split last summer after Jesy struggled with their nine year age gap.

However they got back together and the pair recently collaborated on tracks together with one being unveiled in August and the others yet to be released.

Following reports of their separation, Zion confirmed they had split as he commented on a OK! TikTok post: 'Beautiful woman inside and out, wish her nothing but the best'.

Fans were saddened by the news. They wrote: 'Aww sad looked like a lovely couple' and 'No I was so excited for their tunes'.

'She deserves to be treated like the gorgeous person that she is' and ''Omg I'm shocked. They seemed so good together.'

When their split was reported last week, a source told The Sun: 'Jesy and Zion split last month and have completely cut ties with each other. It's not the first time they have broken up but friends think it's for good this time.

'It's slightly awkward though because they had an EP ready of music they have made together and Jesy doesn't want it released now.

'Fans have already heard one of their tracks and were hoping for more, but it's looking pretty unlikely at this point.'

MailOnline has contacted Jesy's representatives for comment.

It comes just a month after Jesy was cruelly mocked after an old clip of a duet with  Zion resurfaced, ahead of the release of her latest single Mine.

But ahead of the upcoming song, who sees Jesy featuring with Zion an old clip started circulating again on X - formerly Twitter.

The video - which was shared by both on their respective TikTok pages in June - sees the couple lip syncing a previously teased song which says: 'He's 25 and I'm 33, but she's the realest f***ing man I'll ever meet.'

Jesy confirmed she was back on with boyfriend Zion in November last year after they previously split three months prior after nine months of dating

The clip earned more than 7,000 likes on Jesy's account only and started going viral again ahead of her big day, but this time the songstress was slammed for the 'inappropriate' lyrics.

Some people were left unimpressed and rushed to comment on the social media platform. They wrote:

'“he’s 25, i’m 33” is NOT the flex you thought it was for them lyrics';

'this mess' and  'This isn’t serious'. Another wrote: 'Hear these 8 lines and its already the worst song ever written by a former 2010s girl group member like even ally's songs are less corny'.

Jesy confirmed she was back on with boyfriend Zion in November last year after they previously split three months prior after nine months of dating.

The pair were first pictured together back in January 2023, after it was reported in 2022 they'd grown close.

Jesy previously severed ties with her boyfriend Harry James, who 'masterminded' the controversial music video for Boyz, where the star was accused of 'blackfishing.'

Harry started dating Jesy back in 2017 and the pair were together for 16 months before they called time on their relationship - but have worked together numerous times since.

Before that Jesy dated Diversity's Jordan Banjo from 2012 until 2014, before enjoying a romance with Rixton's Jake Roche from 2014 until 2016.

She went on to date Chris Hughes from 2019 to 2020 following her first split from Harry, and Sean Sagar in 2020 and 2021.
