Israel gives guarded response to Syrian chemical weapons deal - video

The Israeli prime minister, Binyamin Netanyahu, says a deal between the US and Russia over Syria's chemical weapons must be judged on whether it achieves 'complete destruction' of the arsenal. The agreement calls for Bashar al-Assad to account for the entire weapons collection within a week, to be eliminated by international inspectors by mid-2014
