Albania is not a country at war, but more than a third of people born there now live abroad, and thousands of others are now making the dangerous journey across the English channel in search of a new life. The UK Immigration Minister Robert Jenrick has described Albania as a "safe country", so why are so many people fleeing? The BBC's Joe Inwood travels across Albania to understand what is driving the surge in migration and what impact it is having on the country's labour force and economy.
