Everything's Fine

Mercy spends the day helping her family, friends, colleagues and clients; listening to problems and providing advice. While her care and empathy may seem endless to everyone around her, her decision of putting others’ needs before her own is a constant drain of energy that comes at a personal cost.

In an age of increasing mental health awareness and understanding the importance of self-care, this creative drama uses magical realism to take a simple visual look at addressing the necessity of looking after oneself before being available to look after others. Whilst also serving as a reminder to make time for those who care for us.
