Noah Lyles could aim for four golds at Paris Olympics

US sprinter Noah Lyles tells BBC Sport he is "confident" in his abilities and could aim for four golds at the 2024 Paris Olympics if he can be selected for the 4x400m relay team.

The reigning outdoor world champion at 100m and 200m won silver in the 60m at the World Indoor Championships in Glasgow.
