Sam Bell: Bristol City striker on putting penalty misery behind him against Southampton

Bristol City striker Sam Bell said his goal in the 3-1 win over Southampton on Tuesday was "massive".
Bell, 21, opened the scoring before Rob Dickie and Harry Cornick confirmed the win, ending the Saints' 25-match unbeaten run.
After missing a penalty in the FA Cup fourth round shoot-out with Nottingham Forest, Bell says he is pleased to bounce back.
"It was massive for me," Bell said.
"After the disappointment I felt in that game, football gives you opportunities to bounce back. I've learnt you can't get too low when problems occur.
"Now I've rectified that, I can't go the other way and get too high. I've got to stay level headed."
Bell credited his team-mates for helping him after the disappointment against Forest, and he is now targeting double figures for goals after netting his fifth of the campaign.
"My team-mates got around me massively, it was straight back to work to prep for the game against Middlesbrough, where we put in another top performance. To recover and go again is credit to everyone.
"I have had a couple of chances in the last couple of games that I should have done better with, but hopefully that one will spur me on to get another five."
