Leam Richardson: Rotherham boss calls 4-3 defeat at Ipswich 'heart-wrenching'

Rotherham boss Leam Richardson says his struggling side showed "the good, the bad and the ugly" in their late 4-3 defeat at promotion-chasing Ipswich.
The Millers took the lead inside two minutes at Portman Road and equalised in time added on at the end only to concede the winner moments later.
Richardson's men are bottom of the Championship, 14 points from safety.
"To concede like we did at the end is obviously heart-wrenching for the players," he told BBC Radio Sheffield.
"The players can take a lot of pride from the performance because they've gone toe-to-toe with a very good team.
"I think the last handful of games we've come up on most stats in the game, apart from the most important one."
He added: "I think you saw the good, the bad and the ugly of us tonight. I think you saw little things that show why we are in this position and you also saw things why we possibly shouldn't be.
"If we give a level of performance like we did today at QPR then we'll win the game."
The Millers have lost their past five matches and last recorded a victory on 26 December.
They are without an away win all season and last won a league game on their travels in November 2022, when they beat local rivals Sheffield United 1-0.
With seven games on the road still to play they will look to avoid repeating history - the last team to go a whole season without a win on the road in the Championship was Rotherham in 2016-17.
Should they fail to win at fellow strugglers QPR on Saturday their winless run on the road will stretch to 30 matches.
