  1. More cricket coming up!

Right, we're going to quickly turn our attention to South Africa against Bangladesh. Our live text of that match will get under way at 16:45 GMT.

The hosts need to win to set up a semi-final with England. If not, it will be New Zealand waiting for Heather Knight's side in the last four.

In the meantime check out Ffion's report of England's record win and keep across all things cricket on our dedicated page.

    See ya!

  2. 'I just said to myself to be positive'

England opener Danni Wyatt to Sky Sports: "I think that was a T20 World Cup record score. We want to smash records, play positive cricket and take it down from ball one.

"I've always try to go hard from ball one anyway but everyone is getting on board. Going out there, being brave and taking it on. That's what T20 us all about.

"I never normally sweep but found it quite easy today. I just tried not to think too much. You can get a bit stressed out at World Cups so I just said to myself to be positive."

On avoiding Australia in the semi-finals: "[If you want to win it] you have to play them anyway so it doesn't really matter. We just take each game as it comes. We will take in Cape Town and relax for a few days and come back refreshed on Friday."

  3. Post update

Katherine Sciver-Brunt took England's opening wicket. England were oh so good in the field today, backing up their mammoth total in the best possible way.

  4. 'That was outstanding'

England captain Heather Knight: "We talked about trying to take some momentum into the semis and that was outstanding, the batters did so well and the bowlers kept the pressure on.

"When Danni's on she wants to cash in. She was very disappointed when she got out which is great to see.

"We've got lots of options which is very nice. We gave Lauren [Bell] a rest and Freya [Davies] had a chance to come in.

"It was a good pitch., a bit quicker with plenty of bounce. Katherine [Sciver-Brunt] made use of that outstandingly she played brilliantly.

"We found a little bit of turn as well. It was good to get used to it. It was obviously a beautiful place to play cricket."

  5. 'We have to learn from these types of matches'

Pakistan captain Nida Dar: "It was not the result we wanted and we are disappointed. We have not got the depth in our batting line-up.

"We have to learn from these type of matches. We have played two good matches at this World Cup so we can take some positives."

  6. 'We've been building through the tournament'

England's Nat Sciver-Brunt who scored 81 off 40 balls: "We sort of assessed the wicket to be pretty good. And we attacked from there. It's so important to get a good start. The top order have been batting pretty well and they've continued what they've done.

"Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I'm really pleased for Danni [Wyatt] today.

"I thought it was really good, we've been building throughout this tournament, we've been fielding pretty well. It was a great start from Katherine [Sciver-Brunt] in the first over and we built from there.

"I think it was a really good performance."

England all-rounder on BBC Test Match Special

    That was phenomenal.

Danni Wyatt went into the game low on runs and low on confidence but set the tone at the top of the order. Then that partnership between Nat Sciver-Brunt and Amy Jones. I had no words for it at once stage.

There were also questions asked of Katherine Sciver-Brunt but she has come back and showed resilience and character. Admittedly it was not the best Pakistan side but you still have to bowl in the right areas. It was nice to see a smile on her face.

They could not have asked for any more.

  8. Post update

Nat Sciver-Brunt is named player of the match. Full quotes to come from her shortly.

This England team want to entertain and they have certainly done that today.

    What a performance.

  10. BreakingEngland win by 114 runs

    What. A. Performance.

England win by a record-breaking margin of 114 runs. Pure dominance from Heather Knight's side.

  11. WICKET

Nashra st Jones b Eccleston 1 (Eng 99-9)

    Finish with a stumping!

Nashra Sundhu swings, misses and turns to see Amy Jones take out her stumps.

  12. Pak 98-8

Two balls to go. All smiles in the field for England.

    Alex Hartley

Former England bowler on BBC Test Match Special

You talk about peaking at the right time but Pakistan have have actually got worse throughout the tournament.

  14. Pak 96-8

    Target 214

Sophie Ecclestone bowling and Amy Jones misses an immediate stumping attempt, in fact she misses the ball completely and that's four byes.

  15. Pak 92-8

Six balls to go. Will England keep Pakistan to under 100.

That is so poor from Tuba.

I cannot believe what I am watching.

    What's gone on there?

    That is a bizarre dismissal.

  18. WICKET

    Tuba (run-out) Davies 28 (Pak 91-8)

    Unforgivable stuff!

Tuba Hassan thinks she's hit a four, she must have, because she walked so slowly to the non-strikers end and didn't seem to notice bowler Freya Davies whipping off the bails while she was well out of her crease.

  19. Post update

A massive hit from Tuba, who is offering some real resistance at the end of this innings.
