Kids explain... "squad goals"

You all know what 'squad goals' means right? You might use it as a caption on a pic of you and your best friends having the best time. But do your parents know what you're talking about?

'Squad goals' is an expression used by young people to say that their group of friends is just the best! Whether it's because you're wearing matching bracelets, you're having so much fun gaming together, or you just really love each other's company - 'squad goals' is what everyone wants to be.

One of the best things about being online is that you can stay in touch with your squad even when you're far away and you can interact online, chat and play games together!

You might feel super proud of being part of that group of friends, but be careful not to be too exclusive. If someone in your class would like to hang out with you, just give them a chance and you might discover that they can be great friends too! Being 'squad goals' online also means being kind, supportive and always standing up for your friends.
