Announcement of Meeting About Revising the AIDS Surveillance Case Definition

On September 2, 1992, CDC will hold an open meeting in Atlanta to review information on illnesses that have been suggested for addition to the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) surveillance case definition. Data relevant to expansion of the AIDS surveillance case definition and to public health reporting and surveillance will be heard. Information from this meeting will be considered by CDC in completing the proposed expansion of the surveillance case definition, which was made available for public comment on November 15, 1991.
