Indonesia, Australia and Russia continue to be the main providers of coal worldwide; although all three saw exports fall in 2020. Indonesian exports decreased by 12.4% in 2020, falling relative to the next largest exporter, Australia. Exports fell by double digits in the US and Colombia.
