I think I can count on one hand the times that I’ve met someone that’s totally changed my life. And about 5 years ago, I was a bit lost. I had a business idea, a podcast, a credit card that I was majorly overdrawn on and a whole load of bottled up pain that I hadn’t reaaally managed to talk to anyone about. That was until I met Josh. We were supposed to meet for 45 minutes. We stayed for 2 hours. Then went on to record over ten podcasts together and did countless hours of individual and group coaching. - He taught me what it truly meant to be a ‘co dependent’ human. - He taught me the fine balance of being kind vs being nice. - He taught me how to have empathy and understanding for all of the little parts of myself that sometimes find conflict with each other. And he taught me that no matter how old you are, you can still wear purple trainers. Not everyone is as lucky as I am to have someone like Josh in their life. That is of course, until now. Because the man has just become an Amazon top 5 best seller book writing genius. If you’re curious about how your childhood may have something to do with who you are today… pre order this book.

Ahhh man… at the risk of receiving a compliment by handing another one back out, I’m glad to have you as one of my closest friends. ❤️
