It is literally impossible to be a woman. You are so beautiful, and so smart, and it kills me that you don't think you're good enough. Like, we have to always be extraordinary, but somehow we're always doing it wrong. You have to be thin, but not too thin. And you can never say you want to be thin. You have to say you want to be healthy, but also you have to be thin. You have to have money, but you can't ask for money because that's crass. You have to be a boss, but you can't be mean. You have to lead, but you can't squash other people's ideas. You're supposed to love being a mother, but don't talk about your kids all the damn time. You have to be a career woman but also always be looking out for other people. You have to answer for men's bad behavior, which is insane, but if you point that out, you're accused of complaining. You're supposed to stay pretty for men, but not so pretty that you tempt them too much or that you threaten other women because you're supposed to be a part of the sisterhood. But always stand out and always be grateful. But never forget that the system is rigged. So find a way to acknowledge that but also always be grateful. You have to never get old, never be rude, never show off, never be selfish, never fall down, never fail, never show fear, never get out of line. It's too hard! It's too contradictory and nobody gives you a medal or says thank you! And it turns out in fact that not only are you doing everything wrong, but also everything is your fault. I'm just so tired of watching myself and every single other woman tie herself into knots so that people will like us. And if all of that is also true for a doll just representing women, then I don't even know.

There are so many things that I’m proud of, so to choose one wouldn’t be just. Today, i pay tribute and more power to the countless women who are paving the remarkable victories in their home, office or both. Being a girl, who belongs from the family of traditions, cultures and higher academic standards besides that i've been always taught that, "every person born on this earth is an artist in a way, but very few can actually recognise their art. Those who did are successful in a true-means." In my journey of Meher-ae-urooj, experiences are the ones who guided, motivated, fueled my artistry to the edge. And here, i am opening them for the first time in quick go-through points: 1: Faced stifling doubt: Initially, I grappled with self-doubt, questioning if my creativity was worth pursuing. But I refused to let fear dictate my path. 2: Navigated through criticism: Along the way, I encountered criticism that threatened to drown my creative spark. Instead of succumbing, I used it as fuel to refine my craft. 3: Conquered imposter syndrome: Doubts crept in, whispering that I didn't belong. Yet, I silenced them by embracing my uniqueness and acknowledging my worth. 4: Battled societal expectations: Society's norms tried to confine me to predefined roles, but I shattered those boundaries, carving my own path with resilience and determination. 5: Overcame financial hurdles: Money became a hurdle, but I didn't let it deter me. I sought creative solutions, finding ways to fund my dreams and aspirations. 6: Balanced responsibilities: It is equal to prioritizing effective time management in your personal as well as in your professional life. 7: Fought against discrimination: Modernity is still lacking somewhere; Faced gender/caste/financial status biasness, which tried to dim my shine, but I refused to be defined by stereotypes. I stood tall, demanding honesty, dedication and fairness every step of the way. 8: Endured setbacks: I embraced them as lessons, learning and growing stronger with each challenge, which ultimately worked as a fuel for my greatest comebacks i've ever been made in my professional life. 9: Embraced self-care: I prioritized my well-being, nurturing my mental-health, body, and soul to stay resilient in the face of adversity. Being always connected to my family's roots have helped me in a lot more effective way to manage my anxiety and nervousness caused by negative thoughts. 10: Female Includes "Male": An independent female is always brought up by some of the greatest mind of males. My father has been always that male in my life. His unwavering determination to build and up-lift by self-confidence by his slangs were truly incredible and hella worked like a magic, every time! 11: Celebrated victories: Despite the struggles, I celebrated every victory, big or small. This rousing speech that America Ferrera's character gives to the Barbies, to help them remember who they are so they rise up against the new patriarchal paradigm that the Kens have created, hit home for many reasons. For many years, my business was focused solely on supporting senior and rising star women with their confidence and leadership skills, with a focus on building a solid foundation of self-worth as a starting point. The more that time went on, the more I became convinced that the overwhelming issue facing women was not their mindset, thinking or anything that they were doing 'wrong'. What holds women back far more than mindset, is the prevailing culture, and it is this that hurts our self-worth. If we are fish in fish tank, the way we are swimming is not the problem. The water is filthy and stinking, and telling us the issue is our swimming technique is disingenuous, victim blaming and a distraction. The tightrope of impossible expectations and rules that we have to adhere to, to be even acceptable in a patriarchal and broadly misogynstic paradigm, is the main issue. My business turned upside down last year. I grew in a way that changed everything. The majority of my programming at that time was designed to help Christian women entrepreneurs. I still feel great about how these programs served at the time. But as I continued my journey of spiritual evolution, I felt called to let it all go. I realized what was happening inside of me was not matching the outside. What was happening inside was shaking me to my core… I was releasing my lifelong "Christian identity." This was one of the scariest identity-releases I have ever experienced. Now, I personally still feel deeply connected to God, Jesus, Mary Magdalene & the Spirit within. But I do not believe in "needing to accept Christ as your Savior to go to Heaven." I believe Jesus, who was one with God, showed us how to connect to God by living without fear and in divine love, while growing our consciousness. I know there are other humans who wouldn’t call me a Christian anymore. And that’s okay. Because for the first time in my life, I’m not seeking for anyone else to tell me what is right or wrong about God. And that feels SO GOOD ❤️ It feels SO GOOD to be self-approved in my beliefs. It feels SO GOOD to know I came to my own understanding about God through my own experiences, research, and reflections. To now know how to connect to God from my HEART instead of my head. It also feels SO GOOD to have no judgment about how others view God – or Jesus or the Universe. Because when you're practicing divine love, there is no judgment, fear, or condemnation. Embracing these truths turned my business upside down. I scaled back everything as I rebuilt. This may have been the harder path from a business standpoint - to let go of things that were working before I replaced them. It’s also opened doors for amazing new programs & clients that set my soul on fire. It's unlocked so much creativity, passion and joy within me that I had lost. My business today lights me up inside like never before. This is exactly why I help other women become self-accepted, aligned, & expressed.
