Zissman, who has three children, said she believed they had to "contribute to the household" from a young age and that she wasn’t prepared to pick up after them.

The 36-year-old has 15 members of staff working at her ten-bed mansion but admitted she made her daughter ‘muck out the stables’ when she was ill and off school.

Luisa, who is married to Irish millionaire Andrew Collins, told the Parenting Hell podcast her children would be getting "no money" once they turned 18 and if they wanted something they’d have to work for it.

Explaining her approach to parenting, she said: “I think any parent struggles nowadays to help their kids contribute - I call it contribution to the household.

“So I’m like if you’re living here you have to contribute to family life: we’re not your slaves.

"You can’t just leave something (lying around) and if my friends come over they’ll be like ‘oh my jumper’s gone’ and I’ll be like ‘yeah it’s been tidied away’. You cannot put something down because it’s moved straight away.

“In any way shape or form we should not be picking up after our kids - they have to contribute (even if) they are two there are chores and I’m a great believer in doing chores.

"You have to teach them from an early age to work and you got to grind for everything: even from two.

"There are chores that I would have your kids doing at two years age.”

Luisa, who co-hosts the LuAnna podcast alongside Anna Richardson, also said ‘there will be no money’ for her children as soon as they turn 18.

She said the only thing she would do is get them a car and driving lessons at 17 - as it gives them independence - but that the thought of leaving "multi-generational wealth" mortified her.

She explained: “They’re not getting some kind of monthly allowance from me. Why should I do that? I didn’t have that. They need to work. I believe in hard work and in graft: I would be mortified (at) multi-generational wealth. No thank you.”

The Apprentice star revealed that she had a maternity nanny 24/7 in her £7.5 million 10-bed Hetfordshire mansion.

"I'm not going through any of those sleepless nights ever again, "she told the hosts.

Luisa revealed having her first child at 23 was the "worst thing" she ever did, as she had "no clue" what she was doing.

She said her ex-husband was no help and added that breast feeding made her depressed.

Having learned from the mistakes she made the first time around, Luisa said that when her second child was born, she had "more nannies than kids".

Luisa explained that the nannies don't work at the same time, except when she is having her friends around, so that they can relax.

She said: "This weekend we had a few nannies here, because I just think, why not?"
