‘Give me strength – and earplugs’ moan fans as ‘erratic’ Katie Price grabs the mic to serenade crowd at boozy brunch
Katie announced a surprise music tour this summer with X Factor legends
KATIE Price loves a sing song and showcased her vocal chops at a boozy brunch with her version of a Britney Spears classic.
The 45-year-old has long held dreams of being a pop star, from her Disney-song duet with ex-husband Peter Andre to an attempt to represent the UK at Eurovision and various single releases.

But her rendition of Britney Spears' Hit Me Baby One More Time didn't strike the right note with some fans.
In a video shared on Instagram by Urban Spirit Studios, Katie - dressed in leggings, a black vest top and sparkly boots - didn't hold back as she belted out the pop classic.
One unimpressed follower commented: "Give me strength."
Another said: "Give me earplugs."

While others suggested Katie might be a bit worse for wear due to the lively nature of the performance.
The Britney cover came after Katie revealed she's hitting the road this summer with X Factor duo Jedward.
Speaking on the Straight To The Comments podcast, Katie said: “Do you know what's weird? Everyone pops at me about my singing, but I don't know what's happened, since my panto this year - I done one in Newcastle and one in Liverpool - So I did an adult version and then I did a family one, and I said to them I'll only do it if I can sing live.
"So I sang live in them both and I tell you what, I've got 40 dates over the summer, half-hour sets, singing live, singing five songs. Can you believe that?"

Revealing what fans can expect, she continued: "I'm doing three of my own songs and three cover songs. I can't say what they are because I want people to watch, but I know I'm headlining and one of them, Jedward's in it and Claire from Steps is in that one.”
Katie previously spoke of her regret over her Eurovision audition in 2005.
Her song, Not Just Anybody, narrowly lost out to Pop Stars' Javine in a public vote to decide who the representative would be.

She told Keith Lemon: "Because I so love my music, I got stitched up there!"
At the brunch event Katie was joined by daughter Bunny, nine, and her Married At First Sight boyfriend John Joe Slater.
The TV star was a special guest at the event where alcohol was served to ticket holders and burlesque dancers performed.
Onlookers were then stunned as they watched Bunny alongside her mum dressed in high heels and shared the moment on social media.

The nine-year-old also sported a full face of makeup for the adult only event.
It led fans to share their concerns in the comments about whether it was appropriate for the child to be wearing make-up.
One fan replied alongside a crying face emoji: "Make up on a child?"
