Diversity’s Jordan Banjo reveals girlfriend Naomi has given birth to their first child and it’s a boy
DIVERSITY star Jordan Banjo has become a dad for the first time after his girlfriend Naomi Courts gave birth to a baby boy called Cassius.
The couple welcomed their son into the world on Monday but held back on sharing their happy news with fans immediately.
Deciding the time is now right, Dancing On Ice star Jordan has tweeted a sweet black and white snap of himself carrying the tot out of hospital in his car seat.
He also revealed that Cassius has been given the middle name Ashley - no doubt in honour of Jordan's big brother Ashley, who leads Diversity.
Writing alongside the picture, he said: "Myself and @naomiella21 haven't shared this straight away because we wanted to take some time to appreciate and enjoy the beautiful moment that we had as a family...
"But on the 07.05.2018 at 12.29am our beautiful son was born!
"Words cannot describe the feeling of seeing your future come into this world.
"I'm so proud of mum & baby, both are doing absolutely amazing and @naomiella21 you are a super woman.
"If I didn't know it before, I do now, I am the luckiest man there is.
"Welcome to the world Cassius Ashley Banjo."
Jordan, who appeared on the 2016 series of I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!, and Naomi have been inundated with messages of congratulations since revealing their happy news.
Great British Bake Off winner Candice Brown, who was a contestant on the most recent series of Dancing On Ice, said: "So many congratulations to you both x."
Carol Vorderman, meanwhile, tweeted: "Huge congratulations to a lovely young man @Jordan_Banjo.
"I was his 'Mum' in the Jungle @imacelebrity .
"Jordan, you will be a superb father ... your son is a lucky boy."
Carol then tagged in Jordan's own mother, saying: "@DanielleBanjo .... what wonderful news."
In January, Jordan and Naomi announced they were expecting a baby together.
At the time, the couple revealed they had taken NINE pregnancy tests just to make sure.
Naomi told OK! magazine: “I wanted to be sure so I went out and bought eight more tests.
"I sat with them all laid out in front of me on the bathroom floor, staring at them in disbelief.

"We always said we wanted kids together, we just didn’t think it would happen this soon.
"We’re over the moon, though!”
Jordan and Naomi met at Towie haunt Sugar Hut in 2013, but only started dating two years later.
