Eleanor Lightbody, 32, is chief executive of Luminance, which has developed AI software to negotiate, create and manage legal contracts. She joined the Cambridge and London-based company from a senior sales role at the cybersecurity firm Darktrace in 2021 and has grown its annual recurring revenues fivefold since then. In April she sold a $40 million stake to investors including the US-based March Capital and the City law firm Slaughter and May.
