Why hasn't my newspaper been delivered?

If you have recently set up home delivery with us directly and are yet to receive a paper, please be aware that your first delivery should arrive within 3 working days, or on your next eligible delivery day. Please wait until 8am during the week or 8:30am on the weekend before alerting us to a non-delivery. In the meantime, if you have access to our website you can login and read new editions from midnight each day.
