Humza Yousaf

 Humza Yousaf is leader of the Scottish National Party and first minister of Scotland. He is the youngest person and the first Scottish Asian and Muslim to hold the position. Since being elected to the Scottish parliament in 2011, he has undertaken junior ministerial positions including minister for external affairs and international development, minister for Europe and international development and minister for transport and the islands. He then served as justice secretary in 2018 and health and social care secretary in 2021, both under Nicola Sturgeon. Yousaf graduated from the University of Glasgow with a degree in politics in 2007.
