Desk and Exam Copy Requests
Ingram Academic Services processes all desk and exam copy requests for Columbia University Press in the United States and Canada. To request a desk or exam copy, visit http://www.ingramacademic.com/. Find the title you’d like to request, searching by ISBN, title, or author, and select “Request Desk Copy” or “Request Exam Copy,” as appropriate.
**We do not accept desk or exam copy requests by mail or fax.**
Desk Copies
Qualified professors in the United States and Canada are entitled to desk copies of adopted titles free of charge.
Enrollment 1-30 = One (1) desk copy
Enrollment 31-50 = Two (2) desk copies
Enrollment 51+ = Three (3) desk copies
Exam copies
Columbia University Press charges a nominal fee for exam copies in order to cover shipping and fees charged by our distributor.
$5.00 USD per paperback exam copy
$10.00 USD per hardcover exam copy
Guidelines
All exam copies are shipped via UPS Mail Innovations. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a street address. If you have any questions regarding an order completed on the Ingram Academic website, please e-mail: [email protected].
