Scarlets head coach Dwayne Peel says the fixture clash of their Welsh derby against Cardiff on the day Wales host Barbarians is "unhelpful" and "frustrating".

Wales against the Barbarians will finish at around 16:30 GMT on Saturday afternoon, 45 minutes before Scarlets host Cardiff in a United Rugby Championship game 50 miles away in Llanelli.

Scarlets and Cardiff will be without Wales internationals, who will be on duty at Principality Stadium.
