What a day we've had! Have you survived? Just a quick reminder of today's results if the sun has frazzled you like it has me:
Trent Rockets women beat Manchester Originals women by 43 runs thanks to a spin masterclass from Alana King which included a hat-trick! Read about it here.
Trent Rockets men also came out on top against Manchester Originals. Despite the Originals smashing the second highest Hundred total ever (189), an inspired 98* from Dawid Malan launched the Rockets to victory.
Welsh Fire women put up a fight but were beaten by Birmingham Phoenix by 19 runs. Ellyse Perry was doing Ellyse Perry things scoring 58.
It all then ended with that blockbuster game with the Birmingham Phoenix men stealing it from the Welsh Fire.
We go again tomorrow and it all kicks off with Northern Superchargers women against London Spirit women.
Now, off to bed for a time travel to tomorrow because it's going to be mega.
But first, go and check out the Hundred drop for all your Hundred highlights of the day.
Night all, speak tomorrow.

Birmingham Phoenix captain Moeen Ali: "It's great to get the win, we've had a lot of injuries to our bowlers but that's what is great about The Hundred because it gives these players the opportunity to play in these pressure situations and on TV.
"I don't think we played very well today but we managed to get a score so that's great for us going forward in terms of confidence. We probably haven't quite got our combinations right yet.
"I always want us to try and strive for that 180, 190 mark, we just didn't quite manage it today. This win will be great for our team's confidence, to defend a low score.
"I do feel that pressure but being captain, I have to be as calm as I can. If I panic, they'll panic!"

Player of the match, Kane Richardson talking on Sky Sports: "I don't really know how we won that. We stayed in the game and kept the run rate going up and Tom Helm deserves a lot of credit for that.
"It was a character-building win and everyone is really happy. We were happy after our win the other day. We probably didn't play that well today and we'll admit it. It's nice to see that we can put that score on the board and still win."

Maybe rename Birmingham Phoenix the Birmingham Burglars because they have well and truly stolen that one. What a swing in momentum. Welsh Fire looked to be cruising to victory but those final sets were incredible from the Phoenix bowlers. They held their nerve and they've somehow come away with the win. Every ball really does count.
BIRMINGHAM PHOENIX WIN BY 4 RUNS
Some brilliant death bowling by Birmingham Phoenix just put the strangle on the Welsh Fire who have been firmly doused.
10 needed
Miller tried to hit it into the leg side but he's not got it.
Helm just needs to keep his foot behind the line and they win!

Miller whacks it through the covers but they don't run. He's backing himself to score 10 off two.

A wicket is also a dot! New batter on strike. wow!
Cobb tried to hit him back over his head but didn't get all of it. Safely taken by Benjamin and the win predictor is swinging all over.

What a set from Richardson who finishes with 2-15.
This is going to be nervy.

How are your fingernails? I have to admit, this is a lot closer than I was expecting. But, this is The Hundred and anything can happen.
Every. Ball. Counts.
Welsh Fire 118-4
Miller 33, Cobb 8
Misfield from Moeen Ali sort of sums it up for the Phoenix.
13 needed from 10.
Welsh Fire 111-4
Miller 28, Cobb 7
Welsh Fire are just going through the motions now.
BUT HOLD ON...THERE'S A BEER SNAKE!
"FEED THE SNAKE" is being chanted. Well, it is Saturday in Cardiff and their team could be on for a win.
Welsh Fire 108-4
Miller 26, Cobb 5
The hundred is up and it looks like the home stretch for the Welsh Fire. A glorious slap through the covers finishes the set and they now only need 23 from 20. Surely they're about to clock their first win of the 2022 Hundred?

The crowd are letting themselves down with this catching!
Welsh Fire 99-4
Welsh Fire need 32 to win
And again?! Consecutive sixes back over the bowlers head and consecutive crowd drops.
Welsh Fire 93-4
A DROP IN THE CROWD. Miller launches it into the stands and there's a very embarrassed man in a Welsh Fire hat who will be forever teased for that one. I think at this stage you just have to own it and pretend you find it funny too. A small interlude while the ball is located.
Welsh Fire 84-4
That wicket will have Phoenix's tails up. David Miller is still out there and captain Cobb has come out to bat. It's still probably Fire's game but they haven't made this run chase look at all easy.
