Do you ever feel stressed? A bit anxious? Or maybe just irritated? These are absolutely normal feelings and reactions of our body and mind to the things that happen during our day. 

What is important is that you don't ignore these symptoms but you listen to your body and try to take a break if you're feeling worried or stressed. So find a place you feel safe in, sit comfortably and try out these breathing exercises!
