A colourful healthy cafe serving 'food for the soul' is set to open in Bristol. Rainbowls, which already has cafes in Cheltenham and Worcester, is 'coming soon' to Queens Road.

Rainbowls serves up a range of acai bowls, poke and buddha bowls, salads, wellness drinks, and coffee, with the aim of offering 'nutritious delights suitable for all'. Its motto is 'health is wealth'.

In a post on Instagram, the team at Rainbowls said: "We are thrilled to share that our upcoming Bristol cafe is on its way! Stay tuned to our social media for exclusive sneak peeks! Positions are still open, so visit our website to explore available opportunities. Bristol, get ready - we’re coming your way!"

Alongside its healthy cuisine, Rainbowls Cafes in Cheltenham and Worcester are also described as having 'Bali vibes'. Current menus include a 'Balance Buddha Bowl', priced at £12.50 and including falafels or chicken, red with white quinoa, dressed kale, avocado, shredded red cabbage, carrot, kimchi, pomegranate, mixed seeds, sesame seeds, and a choice of either tahini, green goddess dressing, or sesame and soy marinade.

There are simpler dishes like a soup of the day (£6.50) or smashed avocado on toast (£7.50), while a flat white is £3.20.

Fans of Rainbowls couldn't wait to see another location open up here in Bristol. One said: "Yes! So excited for this - I have been obsessed since the day you opened your Cheltenham cafe."

A second wrote: "How exciting! Looking forward to you opening!" Others described the new cafe's food offerings as looking "so pretty" and welcomed the Rianbowls team to Bristol.
