      Welcome to IAB NewFronts: Where Digital Content and Brand Partnerships Thrive!

      IAB NewFronts is the ultimate one-stop-shop for brand marketers and media buyers to get a first look at the latest cutting-edge digital video content and marketplace innovation spanning four days in New York City.  This event connects brands with the latest digital video content and innovations that facilitate valuable partnerships.

      Attending the NewFronts provides a first look at cutting-edge digital video about to be released. The event features numerous live presentations in venues throughout NYC from April 29th to May 2nd. In addition to the live events around NYC, IAB will have its own stage on Wednesday, May 1st to host a selection of presenting companies.

      In-person attendance allows access to networking events, meals, content previews, and sponsor activations on May 1st. Credentials can be acquired onsite during registration at the main venue, 225 Liberty Street. Directions and recommended hotels can be foundhere.

      VIRTUAL ACCESS (APRIL  29 – MAY 2)
      For those unable to attend in person, the presentations will stream virtually. Virtual access requires being logged into your IAB account prior to viewing.

      LIVE STREAM

      • Q. Do I need to log in to view the live stream?

        Please log in with the same username and password you used to register for the event.

      • Q. What is the preferred browser to view the live stream?

        Chrome is the preferred browser for IAB Stream. Edge or Firefox can be used as a backup. Safari is discouraged.

        When possible, run in Incognito or InPrivate mode to avoid any caching issues from previous events. Disable any adblockers as they can block some streaming URLs.

        Disable or disconnect any VPNs or Proxy servers in use as they can block/disrupt the stream.

      • Q. What is my username for IAB.COM?

        If you have not logged in since December 2023, you must create a NEW username. Remember to use the same email address used when registering to ensure you get access to the live stream. Please visit this page for step-by-step instructions on how to reset your username.

        You can reset your password if you have recently logged in but do not remember your username. Click the log-in icon at the top right-hand corner of the page. Select to reset the password with the email you registered for the event. If you have a valid username, you will receive a reset link (if you don’t receive the link within a few minutes, no user exists).

      • Q. Why can't I see the live stream video?

        Please log in with the same username and password you used to register for the event. Contact [email protected] if you have logged in with a different username and account, and they can merge the two user accounts for you.

        Covering livestream window with a different window or application may cause the player to assume you are not viewing and pause/cache play.

        If you have an unstable Wi-Fi connection, change the quality setting on the player (using gear icon on the bottom right of the player) from Auto to a Fixed setting.

      • Q. Why can't I hear the live stream?

        Please ensure you turn on the sound for the live stream. By default, the video is muted.

      • Q. I'm getting an error that is different from the issues above.

      HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION

      IAB does not require proof of vaccination to attend our events. However, we strongly recommend that in-person attendees be vaccinated, and that you stay home if symptomatic. Review the IAB’s Event and COVID-19 Policy and Code of Conduct for more information.

        Approved sessions will be available on Video on Demand for registered attendees following the event on Wednesday, May 8th.

      • Q. How do I provide feedback?

        We encourage you to rate sessions within the app. We also will share a survey post-event.

      • Q. How can I get copies of the presentations?

        We do not provide copies of the presentation decks.

      • Q. Do you provide the attendee list?

        Please go to the attendee section in the app to learn about your fellow attendees.

        If you do not see the attendee list, please first make sure you are logged into your IAB.com account.

      IAB MAIN STAGE - REGISTRATION & BADGE PICKUP

      • Q. When can I pick-up my IAB Stage @ NewFronts Badge? Do I need to provide ID?

          1. May 1, 2024, starting at 8:00 AM – Pick up your credentials early to avoid the queue!
          1. Attendees will pick up their badges at the registration desk onsite at the event.
          1. A Photo ID will be required to access the venue.
          1. All attendees are required to comply with the Event Code of Conduct.
      • Q. Do you provide coat check?

        Yes, coat check is provided.

      • Q. What do I need to do to attend the IAB Stage at NewFronts?

        • Make sure you are registered* for an in-person ticket.
        • Make sure your confirmation notes you have an in-person ticket.

        *NOTE: This is an invite-only event for media buyers, and tickets are not transferable without IAB approval. IAB reserves the right to cancel registrations for those who do not meet the attendee criteria.

      • Q. Can I have a printed agenda?

        In an effort to be more sustainable, there are no printed agendas. The agenda can be found in the IAB Event App.

      • Q. Do I need an IAB.com account to register?

        Yes, an account is required. If you do not have one, click the log-in icon in the right hand corner and follow the directions to create a new account.

      • Q. How do I confirm if I have an IAB.com com account?

        Try logging in with the email you’ve registered with. Click the log-in icon in the right hand corner and follow the directions to access your account.

      • Q. How can I reset my password for my IAB.com account?

        Click the log-in icon to access the reset password option.

      • Q. Can you resend my event confirmation/receipt?

      • Q. I can no longer attend NewFronts 2024 - what are my options?

        Please review the cancellation policy found in your confirmation email and IAB’s Event Code of Conduct.

        You can also transfer your ticket to a colleague from your organization or change to a virtual pass by contacting [email protected].

      • Q. I am interested in sponsoring NewFronts, who do I contact?

        • IAB hosts NewFronts in NYC, where the majority of attendees are to reduce travel emissions.
        • IAB works with local vendors to reduce travel and trucking emissions.
        • IAB encourages attendees to use the water stations throughout the venue.
        • IAB has eliminated the use of paper agendas with the Mobile App.
        • IAB recycles or reuses badge holders, please return yours at the end of the event.
        • IAB requested the venue remove disposable coffee and water cups at Nourish Bar and meal function (excludes sponsor activations).
        • The venue will have recycling containers throughout the space.
      • Q. Can I watch the stream the rest of the week?

        Yes, your in-person IAB Stage ticket includes stream access for Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
