Use the Problem Assistant tool:

If you have a problem with your television or radio reception, the Problem Assistant tool is the best way to get help.  It will quickly tell you if there are any known faults at your location and if you still need help, you’ll be taken through some things to try before being offered the opportunity to contact us.

Chat:

Our new feature the live chat icon, will be present if there is a live agent available, this can be found on the right of this screen. You just need to click on the blue icon to be connected to a live agent who can be spoken to directly. This agent should be able to give an instant answer or at least suggest suitable course of action.
