Why am I getting the wrong regional news on Sky?

Your location is set by the postcode programmed into your viewing card. If your viewing card has not identified the correct region for your postcode, you will need to contact Sky directly at www.sky.com. This may happen if you've recently moved and not updated your address with Sky.
