To use the BBC Sounds skill on Alexa you need to connect your BBC account. It’s quick and easy to sign in and you only need to do it once. This simple step will give you a more personalised experience on Alexa. You’ll be able to listen to something on one device and pick up left you left off on another. You’ll also be able to “Ask BBC Sounds for my local news” and get local news bulletins personalised to the postcode in your BBC account.
