Feeling stressed? Try some calming meditation

Ever felt like school life, homework or even the group chat were taking the best of you? It’s totally normal to feel stressed sometimes, so here is a video that can really help you to calm down and smash your day!

Meditation can be an amazing tool to relax and find your focus and balance. So just sit somewhere comfy, relax your arms and legs, and get started! The first exercise you can try is to inhale for four seconds, hold your breath for four seconds and then then exhale for four seconds.
