How to get to Liverpool Airport by train

There is no Liverpool Airport train station. However, the closest one is Liverpool South Parkway, located approximately three miles away.

Transport is available between the airport and the rail station via the 80A and 86A shuttle bus services. These operate up to every 20 mins. Liverpool Lime Street is also easily accessible from elsewhere in the country, with a direct train from London Euston to Liverpool Lime Street taking approximately two and a half hours.

From here, there are regular trains to Liverpool South Parkway, which is the Liverpool train station nearest to the airport. These cost less than £2 and take around 10 to 15 minutes.
