What to do at the Tamworth SnowDome

Tamworth SnowDome is a year-round destination.

For skiers and snowboarders, new or experienced, there are slopes fit for all abilities. Make sure you're wearing a couple of layers and non-woolly gloves.

But you don't need to tackle the snow if you want a challenge at the SnowDome. The centre offers an array of climbing walls for indoor climbers and boulders of all experiences.

You will need to bring different clothes than those hitting the slopes. Be sure to wear loose, comfortable clothing, and closed-toe shoes before tackling these summits.

The skating rink provides an ice experience without skis, which is always a hit with families.

For those seeking calm, there are on-site pools available for a dip, as well as a range of available spa treatments to explore.

If you're bringing along smaller children or ones who aren't interested in winter sports, there is the Snow Fun Park. This snow-filled playground features slides, toys and more to keep younger members of your group entertained.

You'll even be able to watch them whilst having a brew and a doughnut from The Lifthouse Coffee Co., which keeps a steady view over the Snow Fun Park.

If a doughnut isn't going to be enough to keep you sated, the SnowDome does offer a range of sit-down food options too.
