You can quickly get to Southampton Airport by train from key destinations in the southeast and southwest.

The airport is just seven minutes from Southampton city centre, with services running every 10 to 15 minutes from platforms 1 and 2. It is also 35 minutes from Bournemouth, one hour from Portsmouth and 70 minutes from London Waterloo.

Southampton Airport train station is known as Southampton Airport Parkway Station. Once you arrive there, it’s just a one-minute walk from the main terminal. This is due to the easy access via the footbridge. There is also a lift for passengers with heavy luggage or reduced mobility.

    Suitable for disabled passengers. Level access to all platforms via ramps. Lifts provided between concourse, taxi & car park and London Underground ticket hall.

    Lift access is available to the Underground ticket hall, however the Underground station itself has only escalators & stairs. Nearby Euston Square station has step-free access Westbound only to the Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan Lines.
