Liverpool Lime Street Station is located on Lime Street in the heart of Liverpool city centre.

Thanks to its central location, Liverpool Lime Street is within walking distance of most of Liverpool’s main attractions, including many hotels, shops, restaurants and cafes. It’s close to the St George’s Hall music venue as well as the Liverpool Empire theatre.

Liverpool Lime Street is well served by public transport including frequent bus and local train services, and there are taxi services available throughout the city to take you to the station.

Liverpool Lime Street is roughly 7km from Liverpool John Lennon Airport and can be reached by bus, train or taxi. Take a train from Liverpool Lime Street to Liverpool South Parkway with further bus connections available from South Parkway station to the airport. Alternatively, the airport bus service can be taken from Great Charlotte Street, just a minute’s walk from Liverpool Lime Street. The journey takes roughly 40 minutes.
